What are skills? Skills come from the DBT and are skills that help in dealing with borderlines. They help you stay with yourself when you are under high tension. If you feel stress, pressure, fear, tension etc., knead the different skills, massage them into your skin, feel them on your tongue, on your body.
Due to the intensity, you will quickly come back into your body , which especially helps with dissociation. This is how you feel your body and with practice you will manage to stay with yourself and stay calm.
